Urbandale Physical Therapy is an independently owned outpatient clinic. We provide skilled rehabilitation services to patients affected by functional limitations due to a variety of causes. Our dedicated and skilled staff will work carefully with you to prepare a treatment program tailored to meet your specific needs and help you progressively meet your goals.
